Dr. Asma Ghrab has co-owned Crown Pointe Animal Hospital since 2023. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2011. She is committed to excellent and compassionate Fear Free veterinary care to all furry friends. Dr. Ghrab is bilingual et elle sera ravie de vous offrir ses services en français! She is originally from Tunisia and grew up by the Mediterranean before moving to Canada,. She loves the sun but also the snow and tries to be outdoors as much as possible. While she enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine, she has a special interest in surgery, dentistry and geriatric care. She’s also very interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2012 she enrolled in the Chinese Veterinary Acupuncture program (basic and advanced program) at the Chi Institute in Florida and initially practiced acupuncture on horses and then also on small animals. She’s currently challenging herself on finishing the Chinese Herbal medicine certification.
In her down time, she likes to read and play on her cello. She also enjoys discovering other cultures and travelling. She lives in Orleans with her husband, daughter and son and they all share their home with 2 busy Malteses 🙂
