COVID-19 Updates

At Crown Pointe Animal Hospital our goal is to provide excellent personalized healthcare in partnership with our pet owners. As an essential service, we are OPEN and will continue to see patients with strict protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Please be advised of our temporary office hour change effective until further notice.

In addition, we ask that all clients call us at 613-845-0254 to pre-pay for food, prescriptions, etc. When you arrive to pick up your order, please call us from your car and a staff member will deliver to your vehicle.

Please note that if you are ill, under isolation and are unable to leave your home, or do not have someone to pick up your order(s), we are currently offering contactless home delivery. Please call our office to arrange this service.

At this present time, Crown Pointe Animal Hospital are continuing to offer services under the restrictions set out in Phase Two of re-opening businesses in Ontario. In order to enforce essential social distancing, we are not permitting any clients into the building at this time. However, to improve efficiency and ensure staff and pet safety, we are allowing clients to enter the vestibule area only to drop off pet carriers and leashed dogs. No one will be allowed to enter into the vestibule area without a mask and we do appreciate previous handwashing. A staff member with PPE will then transfer your pet safely into the hospital for exam and treatment. All communication with reception, staff, and the veterinarian will be done through phone calls or email communication.

Our top priority is the safely of our clients and staff and therefore we are serving one client at a time with sufficient time in between to perform our sanitizing protocol. Please be patient with us. We are working hard to catch up with overdue annual exams and routine surgeries, while at the same time continuing to see emergencies and chronically ill pets.

We are continuing to offer curb side pick-up for prescriptions and food orders. All in-hospital exams, procedures, and purchases will require payment by credit card over the phone. Please DO NOT send credit card information through email.
